What do I do if my card payment fails?

Our payment processor is Stripe, a very reliable payment system.

If Stripe rejects your payment, it is almost sure that you typed something into Stripe incorrectly or your bank is blocking your payment.

Check with your bank.

Sometimes you may have forgotten about some payments, and you do not have enough money to pay for the TEFL course. For example, your bank may have blocked your card because of their internal security measures. Check if your bank is stopping the payment and ask them to make the payment.

Try a different card.

Try making the payment with a different credit card or bank card.

What technology do I need?

The best is a desktop or laptop PC because there are reading material and online tests.

In addition, you should also be OK with a tablet.

We do not recommend using smartphones.

You must have a reliable internet connection.
